Amazingly goodlooking model Boyd Holbrook seems like the perfect choice for some sort of grown-up Draco Malfoy, from the Harry Potter saga by JK Rowling.
Techically speaking, The original idea was keeping it simple, I just blended together the two pictures after brightening them up a bit, but then it was too plain, so to give some texture I put a pattern-layer on a very low opacity only over the pictures, and then I played with the wave filter set on squares on new color-random layers.
